Welcome to RizonGears. These Terms govern your use of rizongears.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Valerii Hryhoriev, trading as RizonGears, established in Spain. Contact: hello@rizongears.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to place an order.
3. Products, descriptions, and pricing
We work to describe and picture our products accurately, but minor variations in color or detail can occur. Prices are shown in $USD and may change at any time before you order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, refunding you in full if payment was taken.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including the RizonGears name, logo, text, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under that law. We aim to resolve any complaint quickly, so please contact us first at hello@rizongears.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one posted here when you place your order.
